Routeburn Track, New Zealand

The Routeburn is one of the most popular Great Walks of New Zealand, run by the Department of Conservation. I did the walk over three days (although the third day was only an hour or so), staying at Routeburn Falls and Lake Howden Hut. The weather was beautiful on the first day, and then rainy on the second and third. It made for some dramatic walking with the waterfalls!
